Workshop Details

Join us for this offering where we will gather in community to support the seasonal changes in nature and bring in the cycle of renewal.

Embarking on new pathways to awaken and call in transformation through healing and connection.

During this gathering we will:

  • Awaken the senses with oil anointing and release through movement and asana.

  • Cultivate connection and seed intentions through mudra, guided meditation and tarot.

  • Ayurvedic and Vedic Astrological insights and wisdom to support your journey through the current season of Spring.

What you will need for this workshop:

Water and/or your favourite tea/drink. A comfortable space to sit for this workshop, most of the movement will be done seated. Cushion and anything that allows you to be comfortable, a candle/tea light. Notebook and/or your personal journal and pen or pencil.

If you would like to work with a specific intention please have 1 goal in mind ready to work with for this session.

For the oil/incense/fragrance, please pick one you’d like to work with. Once again you are also invited to use oils that you feel called to connect with and what you have at home If that works better for you.

The below is optional, don’t worry if you are not able to get all of the exact the oils etc… listed as working with visualisation and energetics are just as powerful!
