Lunar Kind offers this website, including all information, tools, offerings and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. Lunar Kind (“we”, “us” and “our” ) is the operator of (https://www.lunarkind.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this website and via Ko-fi website (https://ko-fi.com/lunarkind/shop) you will agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to protect and set expectations on my service mutually.


Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Shipping Terms And Policy. You can review the most current version of the Shipping Terms And Policy at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of the Shipping Terms And Policy by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Squarespace and Ko-fi. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.


1. General

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.


By agreeing to these Shipping Terms And Policy, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to purchase any Services from Lunar Kind and/or to engage with our website.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). Purchases are for personal use only, commercial use is prohibited. All artwork, images and contents of the website are a sole property of Lunar Kind and cannot be copied or used without written permission from Lunar Kind.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on amount ordered, weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

If your order is being posted to the USA, you or the recipient may have to pay customs or charges and a handling fee. These fees are determined by customs officials and are not included in the shipping cost. We, as the seller, are not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur in your country. See our overseas shipping policy for more information.

3.Order processing

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details from Ko-fi (https://ko-fi.com/lunarkind/shop), and once items are shipped you will receive a copy of the invoice/receipt along with the tracking number of your item. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder or get in contact with us.

Please get in touch via email as soon as possible if you need any assistance. If the shipping details you have provided are incorrect, please inform us immediately. We will do our best to make the changes to your shipping details, however this cannot be guaranteed on the account that your items may have already been shipped.

We will not be able to change your order after it has been printed and we will not be able to change your shipping details once your items have been shipped.

Please always double check to ensure that you have entered the correct address and contact info. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in your address. We are also not responsible for shipping carrier delays.


We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

4. Returns

4.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

We will happily accept returns on artwork due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.

No refunds will be accepted after 14 days.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense with tracking and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through e-mail.

We will process to store credit the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

5. Delivery Terms

5.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days

5.2 Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on if there is any disruption to the service. We are able to offer tracking information to keep an eye on your package during transit.

5.3 Dispatch Time

All UK orders will be posted Via Royal Mail 48hours Tracked and all USA order will be posted via Royal Mail International Standard Tracked, to ensure arrival of your order. Please check the Royal Mail website for more info.

After you have placed your order, your order will be processed and shipped within 5-10 working days; as each order is made to print especially for you which is why it may take some time. As soon as your order has been dispatched it will be sent to the post office and be out for delivery. Once we receive the tracking information, we will email you with your tracking code.

Please note some postal services may experience delays.

We ship to UK mainland and USA mainland only.

5.3.1

Original artwork orders are shipped via courier and will leave the studio within 20 days of ordering.

5.4 P.O. Box Shipping

We do not ship to P.O box addresses.

5.5 Military Address Shipping

We are able to ship to military addresses using Royal Mail. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

6. Tracking Notifications

Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their package based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider; Royal Mail.

7. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you initially noticing damage or if you are not present, please contact us with photo evidence and your order number.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Lunar Kind encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Lunar Kind at the customer’s expense and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

8. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are only able to accept cancellations before the order has been printed. If an order has already been printed, please refer to our refund policy.
