Healing Journey Session

1:1 Healing Journey session for 1 hour and 15mins - £100

1:1 Healing Journey session for 1 hour 15mins and 30mins Healing Session - £145

In this session we will focus on a key area, issue or aspect you would like support, healing guidance or clarity with.

This session is split into 2

Firstly we will meet for 15 minutes where we will spend some time to discuss and decide what you would like to focus on.

Next we will meet for the 1 hour session, where I will provide you with the tools to support you in your area of focus. This will include Embodiment practices, a crystal prescription, Mudras (seal) to work with, Mantra and a Personalised Guided Meditation (Journey/Nidra) to support you.

The initial 15min session will be an audio call via Zoom.

The following 1 hour session will be a video call via Zoom, this session will be recorded.
