Sacred Healing Session

1 Hour Session £85

Over the years my journey and experience with healing has expanded and shifted, as I’ve grown closer to my path of deeply connecting to my heritage and sacred lineage.

Through my healing process I help to heal, clear blockages, emotional release, release old patterns and pain wounds, support in transformation, feeling grounded and awakening the connection back to your embodied self.

The journey of healing is an unearthing of what remains, what you wish to work through. And the unfolding is your experience of this process, what you are shifting and releasing. Your sacred healing session supports you to reclaim parts of yourself that have been buried, hurt and lost. The parts of yourself that support you to feel empowered and open up to healing.

During our time together in your sacred healing session I work with Mudras (seals), Mantra, Nadis, the Chakras energy system and Crystals. I also connect to my source of support which is my Sacred Lineage and the energy of Prithvi.

In our session together we begin with connecting, grounding and embodiment practices to best support you and to connect to the root of that which is being called to heal. I then flow into your healing session, following into closing. We will then move into discussing the session, your healing and what came up for you.

You may feel everything is simmering at the surface, calling you in to seek support and so you may find that you come to this session with a particular focus in mind, or you may allow for the healing process to unfold instinctively. If you would like some guidance as to where to focus your session we can discuss prior.

The entirety of this session is - 1 Hour

Your Sacred Healing Session will be over an audio call via Zoom. You are invited to keep the audio call on during your session as I will be reciting Mantra, you can mute from your side.
