M E D I T A T I O N 🧘‍♀️
Feel supported in the space you choose to sit in.
Gently close your eyes or lower your gaze if you prefer
Hold your hands, one over the other, over your heart center.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Release your hands by your side in any position you prefer
Take a deep breath in through your nose, hold for 5 counts and exhale through your mouth for 11 counts.

Repeat 3 times.

Take hold of Rose Quartz in your left hand and close your hand or you may use clear quartz.

Let your mind wander without controlling your thoughts
After a while gently guide your thoughts to yourself, think about compassion and what it means to you.

Draw these thoughts of compassion towards yourself
Channel the energy from the Rose Quartz in your left hand along your arm towards your heart center.

Imagine a pink and gentle light shining from your heart center towards your body till it covers the aura around you
Sit in this meditative state for as long as you feel comfortable.

When drawing to an end, imagine your pink light of compassion sitting in your heart centre, instilling itself within you. And gently when ready, open your eyes.

Record and journal your experience to reflect back on. Notice any changes in yourself, your awareness, your space and your heart.
